By accessing or using EmpireFlow AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EmpireFlow AI provides AI-powered business automation tools including AI Employees, lead management, follow-up sequences, and related features. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam or unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content, features, and functionality are owned by EmpireFlow AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data and content you submit through the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmpireFlow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@empireflow.ai.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
